SYNOPSIS
Sema anxiously waits for the results of a pregnancy test, the weight of the moment pressing down on her. When her boyfriend, Sage, arrives home earlier than expected, their conversation starts with quiet tension but quickly unravels into something deeper—an exploration of love, responsibility, and the clash between tradition and modernity. As they navigate their opposing desires—Sema’s longing to return to her Indigenous roots and Sage’s comfort in city life—the cracks in their relationship widen. Just as they teeter on the edge of resolution, a devastating confession from Sema shatters everything, forcing them to confront a truth that may leave them irreparably broken.
